When developing new products and producing existing, we think about the fact that the product must meet all the technical requirements, LST and EN standards, be airtight, rigid and, of course, definitely attractive exterior look. By declaring the performance parameters of our products, we take full responsibility for the quality of the product, we also guarantee that the purchased product will meet the strict requirements of tightness and strength standards. In order to constantly maintain all these set targets, the factory has implemented constant quality check. We constantly inspect products at all stages of production and monitor all technological processes. Only by controlling all the processes (from the quality of the received raw material to the primary products, packaging and loading of the products for the transportation) can we ensure that clients and customers will receive a truly high-quality and impeccable product that meets their needs and expectations.
We carry out more than 500 leak tests of various products a year with special test equipment purchased from a German manufacturer. We can measure air leakage in the range of 0.08 - 35 l/s, at test pressures of +6500 Pa / -3500 Pa. The measuring equipment is adapted for automatic and manual detection of air leakage in HVAC systems and products in accordance with the requirements of EN 13779, EN 1507, and EN 12237 standards. All tests are recorded and printed on a test document, which is kept together with the test report in the company.
